Nautilius Pro USB WARP

Grawostar Nautilius Pro USB WARP – a mini-sized engraving, cutting and marking machine with the MetalMarqing option. The Nautilius Pro USB WARP model is the smallest engraver/cutter offered by TBH Polska.
 
Nautilius Pro USB WARP is a variant of the Pro model. It comes without a control panel – thanks to new control electronics, all control functions are operated via a computer to which the engraving machine is connected.
 
Nautilius Pro USB WARP models are designed primarily for newly opened engraving shops, souvenir shops, industrial plants, utility suppliers, school workshops, individual customers and companies offering 3D engraving services.

Application

Thanks to their versatility and adjustable spindle speed, Grawostar machines can be used for cutting and engraving nameplates, watches, pendants, dog tags, decorative packaging, plates, key rings, keys, wax castings, dies and counter-dies, knifes, cutlery, laminates, car parts, items made of plexiglass, acryl and wood, telephones, promotional gadgets, occasional products, and medals.
 
The rigidity of Grawostar enables the machine to cut injection molds, advertising signs made of plexiglass, plastics and wood,  information signs made of aluminum or brass, and many other everyday-use products.
Versatility and configurability
Grawostar machines are designed in a manner which maximizes their functionality. With the well-thought-out design, most of our machines are configurable and may be extended by adding the following accessories:

    Rotating module – used for engraving in circles or for engraving round or oval items (with the use of the MetalMarq module)*

Customization options
Extension of Grawostar cutting and engraving machines depends on individual model configuration. Please contact us if you are interested in engraving products in circles (around the A-axis). Our portfolio features many models in various configurations adjusted to our clients’ needs. At the production stage we can also:

    Adjust the XY working surface as specified by the client
    Increase/reduce the feed along the Z-axis
    Install a tank collecting cooling oil for tools and materials
     Install a protective housing.

A CD with professional engraving software (Artcam Express, Insignia or Pro, Cut 2D, Cut 3D, Type3, Vectric Vcarve) may be supplied with the machine – depending on the selected option.

CNC WARP controller – new possibilities
Every product comes with an external controller which controls the machine without a computer, a set of handles, and a power supply cable. Grawostar Nautilius Pro USB WARP is the smallest machine in our portfolio fitted with ball screws, an inverter, a high-capacity spindle, and the feed driven by excellent step motors.
 
The accessory most frequently ordered with this type of machine is the MetalMarq module made by Quedex (pseudo-3D flat metal engraving).
 
The module is used for metal marking and precise engraving of various types of nameplates, as an alternative to standard engraving by cutting. In addition, it has tolerance for surface irregularities of up to 10mm for certain types of materials!
IMPORTANT: The price of all Grawostar models includes training on the installation and operation of engraving software!
